About SHREDR

HOME OR GYM.
PLAN AND LOG
YOUR SESSION.

SHREDR helps you organise home and gym workouts, record sets, repetitions and weights, and use rest timers. A workout log can show what you completed across sessions. It cannot assess movement technique or decide whether an exercise is safe for you. Start with manageable training and ask a qualified professional when needed.

What should a useful workout log contain?

Write the exercise variation, equipment, completed repetitions and load when a load is used. Record what happened instead of what you intended to do. A note about a shorter session, a changed machine or an easier variation makes later comparisons more meaningful. SHREDR includes workout completion flows and history, but the quality of the record depends on your entries. Completing a timer alone does not demonstrate a safe or effective session.

How can you fit training around your week?

Start with the days you can realistically protect around work, college, travel and family commitments. Keep sessions simple enough that you can repeat them. Home and gym options should reflect your space and equipment; do not improvise unstable weights or supports to match a suggestion. A planned rest day is part of a schedule. When the week changes, revise the plan rather than trying to compress every missed session into one evening.

How should you use rest timers?

A timer is a reminder, not an instruction to resume before you are ready. Your breathing, exercise type, experience and the purpose of a session matter. If you need more rest, take it and record the change. Phone notifications and background behaviour vary by device, so check the app rather than depending on an alert in every circumstance. Keep your phone somewhere it does not interfere with a lift or another person.

What does gradual progression mean in a log?

Compare the same exercise under similar conditions before deciding to increase difficulty. Progress can include a more controlled repetition, a suitable additional repetition or a small load change when appropriate. The app cannot see technique or confirm recovery. Avoid copying another person's numbers or escalating every session to maintain a streak. Ask a qualified trainer to assess an unfamiliar movement, especially if you have pain, an injury or a health condition.

What should you do after a session?

Mark completed work honestly, note anything you want to ask about and leave room for recovery. Use the AI coach to organise a question, rather than treating a generated plan as a supervised appointment. Food, sleep, stress and previous activity affect how a session feels. Looking at several comparable sessions gives more context than one unusually strong or difficult day, without promising a particular rate of change.

What questions do people ask?

Can I use SHREDR with basic home equipment?
The app includes home and gym workout flows. Choose movements suited to your available equipment and space, and ask a qualified professional about safe variations if you are unsure.

Does a workout streak measure fitness?
No. It records app activity according to its rules. Rest, health and appropriate training matter more than a counter. A streak is not a clinical or performance assessment.

Is the workout planner available to buy now?
Public Google Play purchases are not enabled yet. SHREDR is coming soon on Google Play, with planned pricing of ₹99/month after a 7-day free trial — launching soon.
